Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, dust bags, and packaging must be intact

  • The item must not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during Clearance or Final Sale

  • Items bought under Buy 1 Get 1 or Free Gift Offers

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

These purchases are considered final sale.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • Full refund

Return Process

  1. Email or WhatsApp our support team with your order number.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the product back as instructed.

In some locations, reverse pickup may be arranged.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

Please note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider

  • Contact your bank (processing time may vary)
