Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.

If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving the product (subject to our Return & Exchange Policy).

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

3. Customized / Sale Products

Orders placed during:

  • Clearance Sale

  • Special Discount Events

  • Buy 1 Get 1 Offers

  • Limited Edition Launches

may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

4. Cancellation by Orela

In rare situations, Orela reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment verification issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval. The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
